As ASU students, participants are supported through their tenure at the university and they are given the opportunity to mentor other students in the HMDP.

Requirements and Benefits

• Special Orientation Day for HMDP students entering ASU
• Academic and personal guidance and support
• Incoming HMDP freshmen receive a university student mentor
• Each ASU HMDP student will eventually become a mentor for an incoming HMDP freshman

 

Hermanas de HMDP

The Hermanas de HMDP was established at Arizona State University in the Fall of 2007. Their mission is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment to university Latinas through networking, service, social and educational opportunities; to promote unity and pride as Latinas with the common goal of graduation; to serve as an extension of support to the Hispanic Mother-Daughter Program.
