As ASU students, participants are supported through their tenure at the university and they are given the opportunity to mentor other students in the HMDP.
Requirements and Benefits
• Special Orientation Day for HMDP students entering ASU
• Academic and personal guidance and support
• Incoming HMDP freshmen receive a university student mentor
• Each ASU HMDP student will eventually become a mentor for an incoming HMDP freshman
University Component Participation
We highly encourage all ASU HMDP participants to take part in all university component events and agree to maintaining their commitment to the program through this final component of the program.

Las Hermanas de HMDP
Las Hermanas de HMDP was established at Arizona State University in the Fall of 2007. Their mission is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment to university Latinas through networking, service, social and educational opportunities; to promote unity and pride as Latinas with the common goal of graduation; to serve as an extension of support to the Hispanic Mother-Daughter Program.
During the fall 2011 semester, you may join Las Hermanas at their general monthly meetings on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6pm in Farmer Education, room 218.
